I REALLY should have checked the reviews before placing an order. One star is too generous of a rating. They first delivered the wrong bouquet. By the time they arrived with the correct bouquet, they missed the recipient who will not be back to receive the flowers for another 5 days. The white roses in the bouquet were not fresh. The edges were brown. The casablanca lillies had broken petals. Mistakes happen and I can understand. What I don't understand is poor quality and complete lack of customer service. I really wish I would have checked these reviews before I ordered on their website. Not only does the shop never answer the phone to confirm they received the order, the flowers were never delivered. They finally answered today, but blamed some third party vendor they go through and told me I needed to contact them for refund. The customer service here is the lowest of low. The girl was argumentative, refused to assist, and gave every excuse in the book. The flowers were never delivered, although she was adamant they were and she was extremely unhelpful. I won't ever purchase flowers from here again. There's a reason why they only have a 1 star average.

Run this is a scam don't order from here I already contacted the police department my brother works for da office in Orange County and is filling a fraud case against them I actually have her home address we will be paying you a visit soon
