A great recovery and cleanse after a bachelor party. The head to toe red light was nice right before sweating it out in the sauna. I was impressed with how clean and nice everything was compared to other public saunas.

Great service from Ellie. The facility and sauna were very clean and relaxing with a TV so you could watch a show. Fresh towels and purified water at the front, as well. I will be back for another round soon!

Saunatica gave me such a great experience. The girl at the front desk was so friendly and knowledgeable about the benefits of the red light therapy and sauna. The sauna itself was very beneficial. As I'm preparing for my marathon going to saunatica is a great recovery modality to help me bounce back quicker for my training program. I really felt at peace which allows me to sleep better tonight. I can't wait to go back next week
