I would NEVER recommend using Roomscapes. If you are looking for real customer service and quality as well as value for your money, I recommend going elsewhere. Home Depot has provided significantly better service than this overpriced snobby showroom.We had received a quote a few years ago. Julie had helped as at the time. She took it personally that we chose to have our kitchen supplied and built by another team. In any kind of home project, a customer is going to shop around and get a few different quotes.Today, we stopped by to look at other outdoor cabinets. We have been clients of Roomscapes for many, many years and they have always exceeded our expectations! Extremely professional, knowledgeable and personable. We will keep coming to them for all of our project! Great service!

I have never been treated so rudely! We tried working with Julie Wilkins. When we asked to samples of a certain color of countertop, she literally rolled her eyes and sighed! WTF?!?!Then she accused us of using her time and showroom to benefit our builder. He ignorance and poor attitude failed to realize that our builders needs the product to build! At that point, after being so unprofessional, we walked out. We will but the product from someone else!I think her bad attitude come from our decision not to use her for our kitchen cabinets a few years ago. She commented to that fact!I recommend you use Sognare for all of your needs! Much better service and design help. And if you choose not to use them, they don't treat you like shit.
