Went here for the first time today on a whim to get a fill. my nails were awful the last place did a terrible job. B did my nails and she was amazing. She was so sweet and personable! She really listened to me and fixed my nails and im soo happy i love them! This is my new spot and B is my new girl!!! The shop is also nice and clean and good vibes :)
I have had two gel pedicures at Ritz and will plan on going back for a third, as long as my preferred technician, Lisa, is available. She was genuine and sweet. The other gal, whose name escapes me, was a bit curt and very directly asked me how much I'd be tipping her. I always tip a service provider like this, but it was an uncomfortable and forced conversation.
Would highly recommend Ritz nails. ANNIE is wonderful! She is so experienced (30 years!!), quick, talented and easy to book. Would recommend the dip then gel manicure- stays on for a whole month without chipping! Annie makes sure you are happy with the results and is so kind. Ritz is always clean and has a positive environment.
