My pup Teddy loves it here. We’ve been to Petrichor twice since moving to this area and second visit was even more pleasant than the first. Each appt I’ve made very last minute, to which they are always happy to accommodate. My dog comes back shiny fluffy and happy. You can tell all of the staff cares about the pups and really that’s what matters. I recommend this business for sure.
We used to come here but stopped because they never answer their phones. We have tried calling for hours on weekdays and weekend and it always goes to voicemail. Then we are never called back.They have a second location in Newport and they are so nice and always answer their phone. So we go there now. It’s more of a drive but at least they want our service!
Today was my puppies first time getting a professional haircut. Rene at the Costa Mesa baker location was so amazing very sweet. This place did an amazing job with my fur baby Luke definitely going back to her again. He came out looking so handsome.
