We used to come here but stopped because they never answer their phones. We have tried calling for hours on weekdays and weekend and it always goes to voicemail. Then we are never called back.They have a second location in Newport and they are so nice and always answer their phone. So we go there now. It’s more of a drive but at least they want our service!
Today was my puppies first time getting a professional haircut. Rene at the Costa Mesa baker location was so amazing very sweet. This place did an amazing job with my fur baby Luke definitely going back to her again. He came out looking so handsome.
This place is fantastic. The staff is awesome, they really make you feel appreciated almost as though you are part of their Petrichor community. I would highly recommend them for all of your pets grooming needs.
