Have you ever thought that when you call for viruses on your PC, you would be mistreated so badly by customer service? Well that is exactly what happened to me 3 days ago. I don't surf on the web for adult stuff, nor download free wallpaper... However "Joe" stated my husband might have, if I didn't. How rude to assume that ? But that is what happened. He basically degraded my intelligence and told me what had caused multiple pop ups and adult site pop ups on my laptop. I asked to speak to the manager, but Joe stated he was the only one in the office that was the next level up to management.
