Have you ever thought that when you call for viruses on your PC, you would be mistreated so badly by customer service? Well that is exactly what happened to me 3 days ago. I don't surf on the web for adult stuff, nor download free wallpaper... However "Joe" stated my husband might have, if I didn't. How rude to assume that ? But that is what happened. He basically degraded my intelligence and told me what had caused multiple pop ups and adult site pop ups on my laptop. I asked to speak to the manager, but Joe stated he was the only one in the office that was the next level up to management. Just got an upgrade for my computer and their tech came to my office and did some great work. Lots of expertise with other IT companies in the past and these guys are very honest and really knowledgeable. Glad they were able to do the work quickly and at an affordable price. Makes a lot more sense to use them than paying hundreds of dollars for a new laptop..... Great find
