New wave construction is one of the most professional companies I’ve ever dealt with. We have multiple properties in Southern California and we have only used new wave construction for all of our properties. They are currently renovating two properties in East side, Costa Mesa, and one in Corona Del Mar at an extremely high-level. Cory and Dan have shown nothing but the highest level of professionalism compared to other contractors that we have used. If you are a homeowner doing a remodel or ADU or a commercial building doing a improvement new wave construction would be my first and only choice.

We just completed a master bedroom, bathroom , and laundry room addition to our home in Huntington Beach using Cory at Newave Construction. They did a fantastic A+ job and we couldn't be happier that we chose them. Cory and every one of his guys were on it from the moment we said go. Cory was always present and quick to handle anything that needed attention. He kept us well informed throughout the whole process and his cool calm demeanor made the whole process stress free and enjoyable. We absolutely love our new space and can't say enough about how happy we are with Newave Construction!

True professionals like Cory are a hard to come by these days. I was extremely impressed from the start of my project to the completion. I have worked with MANY general contractors over the years and Cory far exceeded my expectations. I contacted Cory late in the evening for an estimate, he responded extremely early the following morning and stoped by that afternoon to do a walk-through of my property and provide an estimate. If you live anywhere in Southern California, you know it can take days or weeks to get a contractor to your property just to provide an estimate, Cory was at my house within 24 hours.
