This is my total go-to for my most treasured garments. Family owned and operated they are thorough, offering the highest quality care for my special occasion gowns. I would not go anywhere else, nor trust anyone else. I must pass 20 other dry cleaners between Irvine and Newport Beach to reach them. It is not the closest dry cleaner for me, but it is definitely the best and worth the drive.
Nick and his sister have been running this business for a very long time. It is a family business and you can tell how hard they have worked to build it by how efficient, timely, and passionate they are about it. i Have managed multiple luxury retail boutiques and as i start my journey with my 3rd luxury boutique as manager, there was no one better suited to handle our delicate hand made couture items or even our beautiful ready to wear pieces. Whether i need a jacket button sewn, a dress/pant zipper repaired, a seam re-stitched, a dress altered, or slack tailored. Master touch Cleaners, have proven time abs time again that they definitely are the masters of their industry.
I wish I could leave a better review, I'll stick to the facts. I dropped off two blazers and a sport jacket for cleaning on a Tuesday, quoted $32 with Friday pickup. I asked about Saturday hours, which they confirmed, so I picked up Saturday afternoon. I'm glad they have two reserved front parking spots which makes it easy to pull in, drop off or pickup, and go, I was able to use them both visits. When picking up I was charged $36.50, only +$4.50 difference, but the person working couldn't give me a reason and just stared at me. Ok... so I paid and went home. Opened the packaging to hang and two items still had the minor stains they went in with. They were ironed and pressed nicely, but still dirty. Other local dry cleaners have offered first time customer deals, this one charged me extra and didn't clean my clothes. Unfortunately, I can't see a reason to go back.
