I come for color every 4-5 weeks, trims every 3 months, and Lotus sells my favorite products from Kerastase. I book online, but I can always text her if I need to get in. She's always willing to do what she can to help me out. I love her!“

“Hiring Heather to do hair and makeup for my wedding was one of the best decisions I made! She is so incredibly talented and truly listens to what you want. I was so indecisive when it came to what hair style I wanted to go with and a lot of other companies that I spoke to limited your trial to one style, but Heather made sure we tried all of them (5+) during my trials. “Izzie is a proactive business owner and consultant! When I moved to Irvine I was in desperate need of a local hair stylist experienced in thick coarse middle eastern texture hair. I made a post on Nextdoor app and Izzie commented right away offering her services and booking was easy and quick. Her consulting style (to me) is honest and modern. She keeps up with the latest styles and what looks good on you. I had an artistic weave done and it was my first time hearing about this type of coloring. Looks like highlights but it's not, it is a very lengthy process only a master of color could achieve. (OH and she also cuts my hair! She gave me some new and solid advice on how to preserve the health of my hair.) Izzie is my go to stylist now for this reason and would highly recommend to anyone who asks!“

“Wish I could give more than 5 stars. Flawless Faces was the best hair and makeup team I could have hired for my wedding on July 20th. To start, Carina and Ashley were incredibly accommodating when I came back for hair/makeup trials on 3 separate occasions due to my own indecision. On Wedding Day, the team came onsite and made my bridesmaids and I look and feel beautiful. Aside from being very talented hair & makeup artists, they were punctual, professional, & respectful - not to mention flexible to the many requests of my bridal party. I could not recommend Carina, Ashley, and the entire Flawless team more!“

“The salon is in desperate need of an upgrade. It is old and nasty, when paying $100 for an updo I would like to be surrounded by a clean nice salon. My stylist was great, very kind and knowledgeable. She did a great job. I will not be returning until the company invests in their location.“
