Lee Roofing of Costa Mesa Inc

Very disappointing, I have used Lee Roofing twice before and was very satisfied and did refer them and I always talked with Troy. Recently me and my sister both called and Justin came out to check out our project and was suppose to receive an estimate neither of us never did he was very nice but obviously doesn't follow thru. I called 3 times for someone to call me back and never heard from them. My sister said forget it she doesn't want to deal with a company that can't follow thru. So we both have our work done and completed by other company. Beware!!!!!!

Justin, with Lee Roofing, promptly responded to our request for an estimate, and he and his crew were on the job within days of our selecting them. They showed up on time, did a great job, and cleaned up afterwards. Everyone was friendly and professional, and they were very patient answering our questions and explaining the process. We couldn't be happier!

I am writing this review although the project is only 99.9% complete because I am quite happy with how the roof has turned out. I lucked out by coming across Lee roofing although they are not the 1st one to pop up on Yelp, on Houzz or on other resources. Troy, the owner, came out to give me an estimate within a day of my reaching out to them. Troy gave me the most competitive bid out of all the companies that came out for an estimate, which was a great surprise because they are a big roofing company that work on high end homes in the area.
