We had a heat pump HVAC system, a tankless water heater, and a whole-home water filtration system installed by Klondike. First of all, Andrew (the owner) is fantastic to deal with. He explains the alternatives very well, he did a very detailed inspection and quote, which gave us comfort that the quote was on the up-and-up. The price for top notch equipment and installation was very competitive. Second, the crew, ranging from the HVAC guys to the plumber were top notch. Klondike did a full replacement of my home HVAC system. Very pleased with the work quality. An additional register was placed to help create more hot/cold air volume to an underserved area of my 2 story home. The team is very good at communicating throughout the project, from top on down. I can very confidently recommend Klondike as an HVAC vendor of choice.
I had my first free service since replacing my heater-air conditioning unit last year. Anthony was great. Friendly, efficient, and very thorough, from checking the vents, going on the roof, and checking the unit itself. I asked Anthony if he would help me to replace my air filter. Something I usually do myself. He was happy to do it. Perfect service, 5 stars!
