I have been going to Dr. Brown since I was probably about 6 or 7 and he has always taken amazing care of my family. Not only is he an amazing optometrist, he genuinely cares about his patients. The staff has always been kind, patient, and helpful.
I had not gotten an eye exam in almost 10 years. Shame on me. I'd recently noticed some changes in my vision but was reluctant to go to just any optometrist for the sole reason that I'm acutely aware of when I'm being sold something and didn't want to deal with fending off all sorts of expensive recommendations, particularly since I don't have insurance. Luckily I made the right choice going here to Jeff Brown. I had a very good experience at a reasonable cost with very reasonable recommendations. Doctor is great. He really cares for his patients. And doctors assistants are also very helpful. service is fast never need to wait too long too be seen. I can come in same day if I have an issue with my glasses. But Front desk are not very friendly. Never even look at you when they are talking to you.
