That is very very disappointing . I found Kristina jadore hair and lash bar in Groupon and contacted her and she asked me not buying Groupon and pay her directly and I accepted without any question that was a huge mistake . I went to her salon and asked for highlight to blend with my grey hair and I showed her that I have Groupon for 60$ and Kristina accepted to honor me same amount but unfortunately at final she charged me 165 $ and told that she did hair touch up and also 40$ for long hair . I contacted few times with Groupon management team and ask for refund of extra charge still waiting for their help please don't trust her very disappointed . I asked her to charge 60$ as she promised me before finishing and also asked her few times but she changed her word don't waste your time and money .

Kristina asked me pay her directly and not buy Groupon but it was a huge mistake because she charge you whatever she wants I asked her partial highlight and repeat few times just highlight and hair cut as my Groupon shows 60$but instead of 60 he charged me 165$ I contacted Groupon and explained for them but still waiting I can not tolerate this kind of fraud . Never back again and don’t recommend her please stay away and don’t waste your time and money o

Extremely disappointing. I had an appt with Kristina for a brazilian blowout and she was a no show. I texted and called while I was waiting and so did one of her co-workers. No response. What a waste of my afternoon.
