Our room on the 7th floor had an obnoxious whistle sound from the AC which kept me up but the room was very clean and quiet overall. We also asked for a king bed but were put in a double room with no forewarning. Also, the parking garage across the street was half the cost.
Convenient location, excellent service, comfortable bed. Pool and spa areas are great. Our room had a great view of the pool but there were small ants in the restroom which we got rid of.
We didn't stay there. We used the airport parking app for OC Airport. Dropping off our car was fine. I do wish the app showed that they only go to the airport every 30 min. This made us a little late to our check-in. However, coming back to pick up our car was terrible. The shuttle drops off at the front t of the hotel, and parking g is behind the hotel. The doorman gave me the wrong directions to the back parking structure, and I couldn't find our car! I walked from the top of the structure to the bottom, twice before I found our car. Very, very inconvenient.
