Love Harmony HB! The instructors are all so wonderful, and the studio is spotlessly clean! All needed props are provided, and the front space is beautifully decorated with jewelry and other unique gift items. A must for any yoga enthusiast looking for a calming place to practice and find their center!

I've been coming to here for many years so have my sisters, although not consistently but whenever I need to be motivated. The fusion class is amazing! Class is small enough that you receive attention from the instructors and the energy is great. They also offer yoga, pilate, and private sessions at different hours in the day and weekend. Lyndsey is sweet and proffessional and I would highly recommend this place for anyone and even my family members.

I love Harmony Wellness Center! Here is the scoop... Fusion classes are amazing! Classes are kept small, at most 10 people, so you get the attention of a private training session for a fraction of the cost. Lyndsey is always making sure you are doing things correctly and encouraging you to keep up the good work. If you tell her about any issues you have she will be sure to adjust the workout for you so that you don't hurt anything. The reason I fell in love with yoga! I was really nervous to try yoga but after my first class I was hooked. I didn't feel dumb for not knowing the poses and felt so good after every class. Massages - If you can get in with Kelly, she is awesome! My current schedule has kept me from coming in to Harmony Wellness and I miss it. The entire staff is wonderful, friendly, and makes you feel like part of the family. Lyndsey still checks in with me to see how I am doing, even though I haven't been able to come to classes in months. She is a true gem and they have created an amazing space.
