I was overcharged and now can’t get a receipt to share with my landlord so I can get reimbursed. Also, the gentleman at the billing department hung up on me and was annoyed that I was asking for them to send me a receipt.I was also informed that I had to pay cash once he was done with the service. They should’ve told me in advance.I never write reviews but this was a terrible experience.
