First time at the CM hand & stone location today, I had a deep tissue massage with Briana & she was amazing. I’ve been a personal trainer for nearly 10 years and have worked with many massage therapists over the years, so I’m picky about who I work with bc I’ve worked with some amazing people. Briana is by far one of the best. Her amount of pressure was great (firm, like I asked for), she hit every spot I needed, and I could tell she’s has ample experience and is very knowledgeable about the body. I got an image facial here about a month ago and my skin is STILL glowing! Some product recommendations were made which I then purchased with the help of Lauryn who was also able to answer ANY questions I had! I am new to facials/skin care routines so although it all sounded foreign at first, the staff made it SO easy and simple to understand! I am BEYOND happy with the service I received, the relaxing & clean environment, and help from the friendly and knowledgeable staff! Excited to come back!
I've experienced significant medical stress recently and relocated to the Newport area. At Hand and Stone in Costa Mesa, I was impressed by the cleanliness of the waiting area and the attentive front desk staff. I was fortunate to hear a client rave about a massage therapist named Brianna, though she's often fully booked. Her impressive knowledge of anatomy and bone structure has provided relief in areas of my body that felt like steel girders under cement. I opt for the deep tissue treatment with 10.00 added cost.
