“Fragrances trigger horrible migraines. I had such a hard time finding a salon that could perm my hair without “fragrance” or “perfume” as an ingredient. Mirage uses organic ingredients, and the perm solutions don’t contain my migraine triggers.<br><br>I came in with an idea that I wanted just the bottom half of my head permed because it was so straight compared with the top which admittedly was unevenly wavy. I’m so glad Sabrina told me the pros and cons of doing this. She recommended giving my hair a trim to see if we could enhance the curl. I was totally on board with this, but the underneath was just too straight. I decided to go with a full perm. I wanted a look similar to Charlie, the love interest in Top Gun, so got it cut shorter in addition to the perm. I LOVE my hair! I feel so sassy and now want to start being bolder with my clothes and makeup. Sabrina did a great job from the consultation through to the end.<br><br>The after photo is my hair after the first wash. I was able to style it myself. I love how there’s a mix of curl sizes so it looks natural. She angled the rods on the sides which made the curls fall nicely around my face. Sabrina is passionate about what she does. I’d definitely recommend her for a permanent wave.<br><br>Hair type: My hair was “virgin” so no colour or perm. Top half has a bit of a natural wave. Bottom half is straight. I have thick hair and a lot of it in the back.“

“Julia is the queen of my hair. She's friendly and attentive, and I love my visits with her. My hair is always refreshed and soft when I leave her chair. I come for color every 4-5 weeks, trims every 3 months, and Lotus sells my favorite products from Kerastase. I book online, but I can always text her if I need to get in. She's always willing to do what she can to help me out. I love her!“
