JG Gardening Service, inc.Our house is undergoing $4,000 in improvements because the bushes surrounding the property were not cut properly. This has caused extensive damage to the entire front portion of our home.These damages were a direct result of the carelessness of Joe and his team. We have to replace exterior paneling and redo the exterior paint on multiple sides of the home.In the past, we noticed our sprinkler system would be turned off and the grass completely died. We paid for TruGreen to revive the grass and we were instructed to keep the grass at a longer length for aeration. After multiple conversations with Joe, we noticed the grass kept getting cut too short each visit. This is a basic task and wasn't even completed properly. Last week, we had requested for the plants in the backyard to be trimmed and weeded. Instead, Joe's guys hacked everything away without hesitation. If his team truly cared for each property, there would be proper weeding, trimming and shaping - so the plants would grow back in a well maintained environment. Due to their neglect, the edging around the garden has completely fallen apart. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES AND LOOK ELSEWHERE.
