Hello everybody I normally don't do this but I was always a firm believer into giving credit when it's due and I would love to share my experience with those that take the time out to check the reviews so let me explain I am new to the area and being new to the area is you kind of got to get used to way things are and so I was I've been leaning on trying to find a barber I went to a couple other shops and I'm not going to say any names but I was disappointed and so it led me to my last stop because I didn't want to have to commute out of my way when I should be able to get a good local haircut so I went into Floyd's cuz I heard about this place and let me tell you my experience the person they stuck me with well first let me just say this I was taught to never judge a book by its cover but the person they stuck me with was a transgender woman name cookie and when I first seen her I wanted to turn around and run but I'm so glad that I didn't she made my experience so delightful she made me feel comfortable her all around mannerism is professional she listens to detail she took her time and she has one hell of a hand I was very delighted when I looked in the mirror and saw the heck of a job she did and you know you get a good haircut when your coworkers your family the people you hold dear to you give you a compliment I got a lot of compliments not only from my coworkers but the person who means the most to me my wife loves my new Barber thanks a million for taking the time to read this and thank you cookie for allowing me to experience Floyd's 99
