My check engine light came on on my drive from LA back home to San Diego at around 6:45pm. This was the only place that answered my call so late, and they promised to stay open long enough for me to get there to make sure I was safe to drive home. Juan Gonzalez and his tech Andy were extremely helpful and knowledgeable, and they stayed open after-hours just to make sure I was safe. They answered all the questions I had about my new van. I live in SD but will be returning here based purely on this experience. It’s hard to find help like this!

Minh and Isaac provided an exceptional level of personalized service, professionalism and kindness! They were so kind, welcoming and efficient in assisting me, even on a busy day. Debbie Auman, Service Advisor and the FJ Sprinter team are fantastic! I had a 20K Full Service, tires and a wash. Extremely honorable and honest work befitting the Fletcher Jones name. It would be a huge move if they added repairs to RV portion in a Sprinter.
