LeAnne Hofmann has been extremely rude and unprofessional with me when I have been a loyal client. Personally, I have had bad experiences ever since the beginning. I even referred friends to them and they were awful towards them as well. 1 out of 10. STAY AWAY. Trust me! Take my word.
As a commerical property management company, we have worked with the team at Hofmann Finn since 1988 (!) and they have always had the highest level of professionalism. They are not the most inexpensive company at the first round, but since they do it right the first time and the number of change orders is at a minimum, the final price is often less than their competitors. They respect our tenants in the way we want and all their jobs have turned great! One of our favorite contracors.
