Dennis has to the best in the game and I'm so lucky to have found him for my first home purchase. The entire process can be pretty daunting and Dennis was EXTREMELY patient with me, and often talked to me multiple times daily to walk me through the entire process. I wanted to understand how the banks/underwriters analyzed my finances and what they'd be looking for, especially as a first time home buyer. He was very in sync with my realtor Bernice Kastell and together I would say they are the Costa Mesa / Newport real estate dream team.
