Nothing but 5 stars for DC Drains! Our HOA needed a backflow assembly test and we needed to schedule on a tightened schedule. Angela was amazing scheduling the appointment and fitting us into their packed schedule. She went above and beyond. Ron who did the testing was amazing as well - so professional and courteous. Can't recommend this company enough!

My water heater bursted at 1:30am and water was gushing everywhere despite turning the valves off. After calling three locations, this was the only one that had a tech available to come so late. The call center stated someone would come in an hour but Robert W. arrived in 30 minutes. He was super friendly and assisted us right away. We are grateful for the immediate response and amazing service from Robert.
