Cynthia performed a comprehensive assessment at our house, explained the whole process, patiently answered all our questions, and helped us deal with the long-term health insurance company. CareAssist provided an amazing caregiver for my step dad as he was in his last stages. He was in his 60s and had cancer come in suddenly, it was a surprise for everyone. He really created a bond with the caregiver. I am thankful for CareAssist.

My mother was hospitalized shortly before the holidays. She has been having ongoing medical issues over the past several years and due to COVID, she and my stepdad were not really having visitors in their home. The hospital was recommending that she go to a care facility to get additional assistance with her day to day needs. My mom adamantly refused this option. I reached out to Cynthia and she was able to get on a Zoom meeting with me and my stepdad and then meet with us at my mom's home.
