Amazing experience from the moment we met Brittany in our home to go over the process of replacing 8 windows. She was kind, very knowledgeable, and professional. This company is Top Notch. Brittany and Dallas came out to do measurements - on time and a very easy process for us. We received excellent service - installation was quick (great job at cleaning up as well) and superb follow up after- calls and emails to make sure we were 100% satisfied. - when in fact we were 110% satisfied. I just remodeled my entire house and this was by far the best experience with a contractor. Jeff and his team go above and beyond expectations. They provided clear, consistent, professional and timely communication. The finished product is beautiful and the process was smooth. Most importantly, the team is trustworthy and pointed out any defects during installation, scheduling replacements immediately without us having to ask or go through a frustrating process. Their goal is absolutely customer satisfaction and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for new windows.
Put off new windows for way too long. Purchased my Milgard windows from California Windows and Solar and my Duplex looks amazing. Everyone at the company were professional, helpful and exceptionally pleasant. I will be purchasing new windows from them for my home later this year.
