I've used Mark and Kelley's day spa in 2018 a lot for hyperbaric chamber sessions when diagnosed with Ocular Melanoma. Dominic D'agostino's advice that cancer grows rapidly without oxygen and oxygen kills it must be true as the tumor became an empty shell and then became a behind-the-eye scar-rare.
I felt comfortable and supported by owner, Mark, who is full of knowledge. The atmosphere is calm but energetic. You can tell Mark and Kelley built this house of wellness and fitness from love. They live the life themselves. Back for more hyperbaric!

Between Kelly and Mark you will get a world of information and the equipment to do as much or as little (hint) much is recommended as they encourage you to stop talking and start doing I can’t say enough about all they have shown me along with their tireless efforts to help me be the best I can be.

The service at BodyCentre is second to none. Not only do they offer a multitude of treatment options, their staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Kristina is an amazing massage therapist and understands how the body works. She finds trouble spots right away and has great advice on how to stretch and exercise to resolve the issue. Amazing place!!!
