AARD to the rescue! Our AC went out during a week long heat wave. I called one of the larger well known HVAC companies and long story short, they recommended that I replace my whole system! My system is old and I get it. I know it will last a few more years but the fact that they wouldn’t help repair my situation rather than wanting me drop $15k for a new system was ridiculous. AARD is phenomenal. I messaged Rose at 7:20 pm on a Monday, spoke to Frida (super sweet rep!) maybe ten minutes after reaching out to rose to schedule someone to come out, and my AC was repaired by 12:30 pm the next day. Not even 24 hours to get everything addressed and squared away. The techs that serviced my unit were both awesome. They looked through everything thoroughly, got the parts needed and repaired it all in the same visit. I was nervous about having to pay a crazy amount to get it fixed but it ended up being super affordable. They offered to change my air filter and I had them clean my unit as well. Our air wasn’t working as well as it had been previously and so we called AARD as they were recommended to us by family. Our technician Allan was great. Very knowledgeable and kind. He broke down everything that he did and what he found. He was very honest and took his time with everything. We also spoke with the owner Rose about all the findings and she answered all of our questions even though she was off for the day. She would even respond to emails after hours when we definitely weren’t expecting her to!
