Superb customer service! Gabby and Kristen were so attentive and delightful. They helped me find the perfect frames, lenses that I am so excited to get delivered to my home soon! Plus, Kristen expertly helped make my current glasses fit better too as I wait for my new prescription to arrive. Truly a great experience! I also love the frames I found and the prices are reasonable, especially compared to other custom boutiques and optometry offices!
I love warby Parker. I love the choices, the options, the ease of shopping and choices, the service, the layout of their stores.
My last visit was just to get an adjustment on my existing pair of Warbys and they had everything on record even thought these glasses were purchased years ago. Fixed my problem readily and I was completely unrushed or bothered - ended up finding another pair I loved and got them ordered with the right lenses which they happily take care of there, locating my optometrist on their own and handling the prescription from my out of town optometrist.
I can pick up or have them mailed to me.
They make it easy and so pleasant!

First time in and everyone was very friendly and helpful, especially in picking out glasses that would best suite me. Very happy with my eye exam and my experience there. Highly recommend!
