“I was impressed with the compassionate and thorough care I received as a walk-in on a recent Saturday. I was grateful for a short wait but even more for the thoughtful questions Dr. Martin asked and the information she provided. Alex took my blood pressure, did x-rays, and also answered my questions. In fact, the x-rays were sent to a radiologist and the report was received while I was finishing up my visit! While it would have been EVEN better if I'd been able to make an appointment in advance, I was very well cared for at Medical Center of Marin as a walk-in. Thank you.“
“First class: polite and efficient support staff, great doctor who explained drug interactions thoroughly, handled prescription ordering flawlessly. Hooray! Also: didn't waste a lot of time waiying...“
“We’ve always had a good experience here over 9 years now. We were recently treated same day and 2 min wait time, and got in office rapid tests and results and treatments on the spot. We were thankful for the advice nurse’s care over the phone as well and the AVS was detailed to bring to primary care the following day. Thank you!“
“I had another excellent experience at One Medical Clay St. Great modern facility and Dr. Patel is the best.“
“This is probably the first time I’ve used “delightful” to describe an urgent care experience! I came here because it was the only place within walking distance that could tell me if a lump in my shoulder was infected. The check-in process was mostly done via a link texted to me on my phone, and was pretty easy to complete. The receptionist was professional and helpful. It took about 15 minutes for me to be seen with two other people in the waiting area. The physicians assistant was warm and attentive, and the doctor I saw was personable and lovely. He quickly diagnosed my issue and prescribed me the required medication, along with a pill to help me should I develop a yeast infection from the side effects (most doctors make women jump through hoops to get this type of medication but he said he grew up with four sisters so he understood the hassle and wanted to get ahead of it just in case). After taking care of my physical health, he turned to face me and asked me a series of questions about how my mental health was, whether I felt safe in my home, had privacy, and whether anyone was abusing or taking advantage of me. He went above and beyond to make me feel cared for, and I enjoyed his small talk. I only paid $30 for my copay with insurance. Hopefully I won’t need to go back, but I won’t mind it next time I do!“
“Easy to get an appointment. In and out quickly. Wonderful physician. Great experience and would highly recommend.“
