“There are few doctors like Dr. Jane Denton, who take the time to listen and respond. She is caring, professional, intelligent and never makes you feel rushed or like you are taking up too much of her time. I feel fortunate that we have found Dr. Denton, to help my dancing daughter recover from her sesamoid injury.“
“Dr Villalobos was amazing! Most chiropractors just kind of crack you and send you on your way, but not Dr Villalobos! She was thorough, adjusted me where I needed it, but also prescribed continued exercises and treated me with a holistic approach! She was spot on with her diagnosis of my issues and looked at my MRI results and explained them to me as well!“
“Had an appointment for back pains. Ali did a great job in assessing the pain and provided treatment with acupuncture! Back is feeling way better!“
“Always a great experience !!! Dr. A is so thorough about explaining everything about the procedure he is performing! I have total faith in whatever he recommends. If you are looking gor a great doctor he is amazing!“
“TJ and Sergio at Belden PT are awesome. They helped me get back from a torn ACL and MCL. Very personable and caring, clean shop, and great service. Would definitely recommend.“
“Mary has used multiple modalities for whatever my need is per visit. After my hip replacement I sought her out for addressing pain in my feet, of all places. She worked wonders. I revisit her for congestion in my ankles and any number of aches and pains. Mary is a "healer" with many effective tools!! I highly recommend her.“
“I had been working with Connor for 1-2 weeks when I got an MRI result telling me I had a torn labrum, with bursitis in my rotator cuff. I had very limited range of motion, not being able to hold my arm over my head or do a lateral raise without pain. I am a tennis player, and I hadn’t served in nearly two months. However over the following 5-6 weeks Connor worked very frequently with me to get my shoulder back on track. In that stretch Connor’s commitment and dedication to getting me healthy again showed in numerous ways. He would meet me as early as I needed, and would even get out on the tennis court early in the morning with me. I saw results very quickly. I first regained my strength, and then certain movements became less painful until ultimately it felt resolved. Connor is hyper analytical and has an answer for everything. He knows when to push and when to back off. He will give you extensive reports of your sessions and overall shows a sense of care, passion, commitment, and diligence that is extremely rare. I’m truly amazed at how quickly my shoulder has healed given the state of it 5-6 weeks ago. Thanks Connor!“
“Chalita has been of invaluable assistance with helping me process emotions from deep tissue CPTSD release work. She is definitely the most gifted/skillful acupuncturist I have ever had the pleasure of working with. I feel extremely blessed to have found her during this difficult (but exciting!) phase of my life, where I am decreasing body armor/numbness. I am grateful the fees of her very affordable "community sessions" puts this healing modality within my financial means.“
“Mackenzie is very caring, and put me at ease for my cortisone injection. We also talked my my surgery and she encouraged me that it would get better“
“This review is overdue. I was referred by my friend (who generously got me a gift card) and have been consistently seeing Adolfo for the past few months now. Must say, he is really good. Prior to coming here, I was working with several therapists to rehab my arm. We couldn't figure out what the root cause is and where the pain is emanating from which was frustrating since I was quite limited in my daily activities for nearly 8 months. During my first visit, Adolfo gave me a comprehensive consult and began work on my body. Felt the positive results after my first session and the pain hasn't come back. He's also worked wonders on my sciatica, hand and foot. Not only am I in good hands with him but also with Corinne as well. She's always so nice and sweet - lovely lady who holds down the office.“
“Dr. Valette is the BEST. I was his patient for several years at One Medical, and I was excited to follow him to his new practice. He is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough, and at the new practice he has more time to talk through all of my health concerns. Appointments never feel rushed, and yet they still run on time. The best part about Dr. Valette is that he really listens to my health goals, and then makes sure everything serves those goals -- medication, lifestyle, supplements, etc. It's so much better and more comprehensive than working with a standard primary care doctor. I can't say enough good things!“
“Tammara changed the whole picture of health for me after a chronic neck injury kept me from sleeping well, affecting my posture and pulling my core out of alignment. I spent over a year w a PT at another facility and arrived in the same pain when I had my first session. She worked closely with me, gave me a clear treatment plan, helped me understand how my neck was affecting other pain areas. You can feel the years of expertise in understanding the physiology of injuries in her hands. She facilitated the healing though ART manual therapy, Shockwave for myofascial breakdown and WinBack Tecar for pain and muscular release as part of my rehabilitation.I returned to see Dr. Moore after I had PRP therapy in my left hip since strengthening this area post injection is critical to the success. She gave me mobility pattern exercises and I was able to ski six weeks post!!Highly recommend her expertise to anybody looking to regain movement, has bodily restrictions or wants to improve their performance to the next level.“
“Can't recommend Dr Bailey and Dr Castejon enough! Always a great experience coming in for a session with them. Friendly, professional, and attentive.“
“Chris had gone over my history before I arrived, gave considered questions and listened thoroughly. His skills were superb. I'm looking forward to my next visit!“
“The facility is clean and large, has lots of light, provides sufficient space for privacy, has well maintained equipment, and is located in a scenic area. A bonus to working out in the gym is the beautiful view of the Aquatic Park recreation area.“
“I can’t say enough good things about Silver Sports Therapy. Sidney is the best I am so glad I found a place that will truly take care of me through this recovery process!“
“I have been seeing Ryan and his associates at Marinwood Community Accupuncture for several years. It seems that whatever concern I have, acupuncture has given me a solution. I recently saw Ryan as I'd had new troubling symptoms present themselves. Since I have "disc issues," I was concerned about the feelings I was having in my right knee, hip and leg. I saw Ryan. We conversed. He applied acupuncture. Issue resolved. In my humble opinion, he is deeply knowledgable and highly skilled. AND....at a reasonable cost, he is my "Go To" Health Practitioner before seeking other help!“
“Dr. Rabbetz has been part of my trusted care circle for over a year. What I appreciate most about Dr. Rabbetz is how thorough he is in diagnosing a problem and the follow up care to check in on how I'm doing. For example, when I came to him with leg pain last year, he determined it was in fact a tear in my hip and sent me to the best hip specialist in San Francisco. I needed surgery and coached me every step of the way, and was very involved in my recovery. His positivity, encouragement and care has gotten me through countless ailments (including neck and wrist) and I'm so thankful. Thank you Dr. Rabbetz for your healing powers, your wisdom, and for being YOU!“
“I have EDS and Mast cell issues and to keep me walking I have been coming here for ages. I don’t think I would be this mobile with such a problematic diagnosis if it weren’t for Amy.“
“Dr. Mohammad Diab is a miracle worker. We were expedited to see Dr. Diab from our son's pediatrician Dr. Pepitone when labs showed inflammation from his lumbar spine fracture. Dr. Diab took one look at my son, asked him some questions, and he ordered an MRI with contrast, a biopsy procedure, and more extensive lab work. He didn't want to operate on our son if antibiotics with IV could cure the problem first, followed by oral antibiotics. What a great doctor, he doesn't opt for surgery! Dr. Diab and his stellar team (Dr. Andrew Figoni, awesome assistant Eric and RN Dede Cerruti responding to my emails) went to work to save a 15-year-old's life, which was diagnosed as Osteomyelitis. We were all baffled by what crippled our son and caused him excruciating pain, especially with a healthy teenager. The delay with another orthopedic specialist (by sending him home) didn't help with his agonizing pain since Labor Day. Our son was admitted to PICU after the labs tested positive for bacteria leading to a serious infection from the "bone fracture". Needless to say, my world turned upside down as a mom. Thank God for Dr. Diab at UCSF, whom patients come to see from all over the world! Dr. Diab is an orthopedic surgeon and Chief of Pediatric Orthopedics at UCSF Benioff Children's Hospital. He earned his medical degree from Stanford University; he completed a residency in general orthopedic surgery at the University of Washington and a fellowship in pediatric orthopedic surgery at Harvard University. He came to UCSF in 2002. Our son is on a long road to recovery, but no more intense pain ~ AMEN! He can feel normal again and return to school. We have so much to be thankful for this holiday season thanks to UCSF and remarkable doctors like Dr. Diab! You bet I signed all the paperwork needed to research my son's samples from the biopsy to help save more teens who may walk in with the same symptoms. 'Til next time ~ stay healthy & blessed, see you on Yelp (SYOY)!“
“As a former athlete, I have experienced Massage, Rolfing, Chiropractic, Yoga and Myofascial work. These are different types of body care that cover different parts of the body. Thor specializes in the Myofascial system that is quite different than a muscle massage or deep stretching of tendons via Rolfing. Thor is exceptional and uses his trained techniques to allow the body to release tension and gain movement. His hands are strong & gentle, he follows the tension and holds until it releases. I always leave his office relaxed, calm and loose. He really cares about one's health and positive results. His service is great for athletes looking to extend their playing days or helping one through a recent surgery by gaining range of motion.“

“Lindsay and Ralph are wonderful! Lindsay came recommended by a friend, and I'm so glad I found her! I injured my shoulder and lost a ton of mobility and strength. Lindsay started me off with flexibility exercises before adding on strength. She's knowledgeable, adjusted my care accordingly, and takes time to explain the details if you're curious. Beyond being skilled at her craft, she's is caring, down to earth, and so much fun to chat with. My only disappointment was my sessions with her weren't longer each time! And Ralph is your ultimate hype man! He understands what you need and pushes you just enough. His energy is infectious, and I so enjoyed working with him. I later had another minor injury that Lindsay and Ralph helped me with. The office management is kind and understanding. Amelia always greets you with a smile and probably knows all the patients by name. Sometimes it takes a couple of tries to reach the office via email or phone but that's never caused any major issues. Overall, great experience and highly recommend Lindsay and Ralph for your PT needs.“
“Trevor is an excellent physical therapist. I really appreciate the time and care he gave me. His clinical skills, empathetic presence and concise instruction left me feeling not overwhelmed. I love the videos he took of me doing my exercises so that I remember how to do them just right. It’s not easy to find such high quality PT and I feel so lucky to have found him.“
“Daniela at the FiDi location is phenomenal. She is personable and provides focused, individualized care that shifts with my needs. I came to GSPORTS after seeing a PT at a different practice for the same injury, but not seeing results. I complained about one exercise in particular, and Daniela showed her mettle in explaining why it was helpful specifically for my injury, and supplementing with a range of more engaging exercises. She's also been great about providing letters to me documenting my need to take things slow while I heal. I'd come back to get care from her without reservation. The office helped me navigate my insurance eligibility with Aetna. While appointments here generally book weeks out, I recommend getting on the schedule and asking to be on the standby list to get in sooner.“
“Marylin had me diagnosed within 2 mins and went straight to work 'working it out' with deep tissue massage, stretch and a neck adjustment I had been in desperate need of. I left with excercises, focused postures and stretches to perform to keep my stiff neck and shoulders strong and feeling better. Thank you Marilyn.“
