Lori did awesome with my 3 year old. It was her first haircut and Lori made her feel comfortable. I request a basic haircut and she did a fine job. The weird part was the women behind the front desk. They weren’t very welcoming, they seemed put out almost. You would think being a children’s haircut studio you would be more welcome and engaging with the kids. We might go back, but I will look for other places first.Service: Kids' cuts

I have been taking my son to Panda Room since before COVID. We recently returned to get his hair cut and it was great. They are taking ALL precautions to keep everyone safe -- limiting the number of people in the salon, taking temperatures, wiping equipment down, providing hand sanitizer and making masks mandatory, etc. We will be back in a few weeks for another trim! Hope you will consider taking your kids to Panda Room and help keep them in business!!

Awesome haircuts, sweet staff and they are going above and beyond with COVID safety measures! We've been taking our kid here for a few years and love everyone there. Yesterday was his first haircut in COVID times, and we were a little nervous as we have been extremely cautious and are doing very few appointments. However, right away I was put at ease. The double doors are set wide open so there is tons of ventilation. They moved down to three chairs and reconfigured the whole space so each chair is the max distance from others (more than six feet). Everyone in masks (anyone over 2 sign says), temperature checks, and hand sanitizer for our kid and his father. They asked for just one adult to enter (and only if one is needed to accompany child). I appreciated this very much, and it was fine, as I could stand outside the doors and see and talk to them just fine. They sanitize each chair between use and use single use capes are given for each child. I was extremely impressed with how much effort they put into each detail to make the experience as safe as possible during these times. The haircut was with Esther and was perfect. She spent lots of time getting it just right. And we have seen most of the stylists over the past two+ years and loved them all!
