Seamlessly made a reservation via Yelp with their assistant. Miguel and Jonathan came the day after. We realized the carpet was very wet after and reached out to them via Yelp. They came again and explained to us. All the noticeable stain came off as a result of their cleaning. The carpet didn't look as brand new after cleaning but this is our first time cleaning so we're not sure if that is to be expected. They really tried to make us happy in addition to having the lowest quote across the three quotes we got.
