If you have been struggling with tennis elbow, I strongly recommend Allen. Don’t try cortisone, give this a try first. Allen is 100% focused on tennis (and golf) elbow. His approach is primarily on using massage techniques to stimulate the rehabilitation of tendons and ligaments but also on stretching and strength exercises. I’ve been to about five sessions and feel very much that my tennis elbow issues are close to resolved.

I'm a passionate tennis player who rediscovered the game near age 50 after not playing for 30 years. With my ancient aluminum racket, poor form and incessant play, I quickly developed a severe case of tennis elbow.
