“a/o 2023-08-26. Ed has done our now 66-page (Fed. State is more.) taxes for over 20 years. Yes, he has a Boston accent. Yes he has been sick with prostate issues and can be hard to reach. He handled an audit against us with skill. In office. We did not have to appear as the young pup new (Obama era) hire auditor asked and asked and asked for more information. Ed later made a call and the instruction from higher-ups was "just settle". So we settled. Done and done. Ed took care of us. I do not think we could have done better. But at his age, he probably only deals with old, long-term clients. Who are hapy to pay. He is expensive but you get what you pay for. Right?“
