Nicolls Design Build has been our contractor for any needs on Coronado Island for the past four years. Kraig goes above and beyond to make sure work is done efficiently with attention to detail, excellent communication and great quality standards. From replacing our water heater to larger remodel work, we couldn’t be happier with the work.

Nicolls Design Build completed an extensive home renovation for us including both the interior and exterior of our home. Unlike most contractors, Kraig agreed to help us work through the project in stages so we could continue living in the home throughout the process. We were able to modify the plans as we went along without \\\"change fees.\\\" He was responsive to our ideas and always came up with a solution to any obstacle we encountered. His \\\"can do\\\" attitude helped make the process less stressful and we love our \\\"new\\\" home.
