“I recently had a Microneedling done with Amber. She was patient, knowledgeable super skilled and sweet. She was very mindful about my low pain tolerance and would warn me before moving on to a new area which i really appreciated. She took her time to deliver really great results and paid attention to detail. She was also really mindful about my key problem areas and spent more time trying to solve those rather than just give me a treatment. “MAKE SURE YOU REQUEST A PREVENTATIVE / WELLNESS APPOINTMENT!!! The doctors here are a 10/10! However, if I could give a rating for the people who pick up the phone to schedule you an appointment, I would give 0/10. Three receptionists were the least helpful in helping me schedule a regular doctors visit and OBGYN intent. 1. When I tried to book a regular appointment, they said, " why do you want to see the doctor ?" I said it was because I hadn't gone in a couple of years, they said that I couldn't just book an appointment to see a doctor... and so I asked what were my options and they asked again, why are you seeing the doctor... they told me about "office visit" and I said sure - I was so pissed at this point. They booked me for an "office visit." Turns out: Insurance does not 100% cover "office visit." Cost $186. 2. When I went to the doctor, she wanted me to come back I. 6 months. Different receptionist argued with me that I can't just come back... I told him to read the notes, she requested I come back. He begrudgingly booked me for another "office visit." I went and she told me to go book an appointment with an OBGYN. No referrals needed. Cost $186. 3. Called the OBGYN office... she asked, "why do you need to see the doctor?" And I told her my doctor told me to go to an OBGYN. She said, "you can't just book an appointment." So then I asked, "what are my options?" Yes, there's an annoying and time consuming theme here. She booked me for a "wellness woman's visit." Cost: $0 (covered by insurance because wellness is a preventative visit). The nurse I had was condescending and judgmental, however. doctors = 10/10 Experience on booking an appointment = 0/10“

Except when many appointments are made so closed to each other, sometimes appointments are scheduled at the same time for different patients and the wait is 1 hour for us to see the doctor with appointment. I myself with an infant, now is a toddler have had frustrated waiting time in the front door.“

I'm 53 years old and I haven't been to a doctor since I was sometime in my 40s but as of lately it has come to my attention that the older I get the more I'm going to come to terms with going to the doctors will be the new normal. a friend had suggested this place and told me to go see her person and so I went seeing who I called Dr hope LOL I hope that's really her name and let me just say that my faith in doctors that really want to heal people has been renewed. most of the time you go see a doctor and they just want to give you 10 minutes in and out in and out in and out it's almost like they keep a stopwatch per patient because they have to cram so many in, let me tell you Dr hope will spend as much time with you that is needed to make sure she understands what the issues are so that they can be addressed properly and she seems to actually care about you and your needs, instead of treating you like cattle and just rushing you in and out without a full evaluation. the young ladies that were helping her that day were very engaging, kept me at ease, did their jobs professionally and actually kind of kept me laughing. I don't know the people that have complained in the reviews who they're seen or if it's even recently but I can tell you that my interactions with this group of medical people was nothing but positive and will actually be seen by me in the future for all my needs. believe me if you knew me you would know that this is a big leap of faith that I have taken to go to these people most of the times things get pretty bad and I tried to take care of myself but the older I get the more I'm realizing that's not so easy anymore. I hope anybody looking for a knowledgeable, caring, engaging, professional and a little Comedy Central LOL Will go to this Clinic.if I had met this group many years ago I probably wouldn't have all my issues now because I would have been going on a regular basis to take care of business. “This is my first time here. My last dr was so nice but a nightmare when it came to billing so I decided to change doctors. Dr Monihan had ok reviews so I wasn't too sure what I was walking into but making the appointment over the phone was pleasant and when I arrived last week for the first time with my daughter the front office was so very helpful and so nice. After awhile of trying to get my insurance situated we were finally called back. The wait sucked but I understand bc Tricare online was down again so no worries. The nurse was super nice to me and my daughter. We waited about 15 minutes and then dr Monaghan came in and sat down and instantly started to listen to my concerns with me and my daughter. He immediately started making notes of things and even read the long list of symptoms etc that I had and immediately started to test us for stuff. Needless to say I am happy so far and have a follow up appt today. They are friendly and fast for follow ups and lab work. I just hope the billing isn't going to be an issue. He seems to genuinely care Thank you“

Doctor Hood is unique among most doctors I have dealt with, he is the only doctor I know that will give you all the time you need to address your health concerns not just the standard fifteen minutes most doctors adhere to.
