Cara is amazing. Monthly repeat customer. I used to "cheat" on other massage therapists while I traveled (non-pandemic times) - no longer. She is top notch and brings such a great energy to the experience. One of the best! Bravo! 27 days until my next appt :-)! But who's counting?

Wow, Cara at Body Mechanics Through Massage is fantastic. My body is all kinds of messed up - from hereditary issues to my profession to, let's face it, just getting old - it's hard to even describe what issues I'm having constantly day-to-day. I did my best when I first met Cara, and she took my rambling thoughts, started her work, and figured out exactly what my body needed. I'm not sure I've ever had a massage therapist who was so in tune with what I needed - especially when I didn't even know what I needed. Cara went above and beyond and I'm so grateful for her intuition and professionalism. I don't live on the Island, but I happily go over there for sessions with her. You will absolutely not regret doing the same.
