“Coach/Kru Riley is extremely talented at teaching and conveying the BJJ and Muay Thai tactics to all ages. He is patient but direct with purpose on how he conducts his classes. Very methodical, applicable and engaging to our 4 year old, who cannot get enough. Riley and USKO is so welcoming that my wife is now going to start Muay Thai as well. “I started a couple days ago and going into a place I've never been to, I felt way too out of place. I sucked it up and went anyways. The guy I had helping me names Alec was the one helping me. He knew I haven't worked out in a long time, but he still motivated me to keep pushing and it was only my first day. Although I've been busy and haven't been able to go as often as I should he still check in to make sure I'll be able to make it. All around a nice place, clean, friendly people and workers. I recommend it for anyone wanting or thinking about joining.“
