The 3 stars are only for the front office staff .Elena the NP is really good once you actually get in to see her. Most of the time the phone rings off the hook with no answer or they pick up and hang up the phone or can’t transfer you properly. The wait time in the office is extensive and your appointment time is worthless you will be there for several hours. Be prepared to pay for any copies, notes or signatures and wait several days to have them returned. Looking for another doctor to transfer to .
First visit was a one star. Waited 2 hours looked at for 2 minutes and sent home with prescription. Came back 5 days later worse. Second visit the doctor was much more thorough. Make sure you ask questions.
Had an outstanding experience at this urgent care with Dr. Carrington. Exceptional bedside manners, incredibly helpful, and resourceful. Dr. Carrington attentively listened to my concerns and provided valuable recommendations. I would certainly return - he's an excellent doctor! The receptionists were also great - everyone was so polite and respectful. Highly recommend this urgent care; Dr. Carrington genuinely cares about his patients!
