Our AC unit was not blowing out cold air. I called Fire n Ice and they were able to send out a technician the following day. The technician arrived when scheduled, walked me through his findings and I agreed to have them come back after the Memorial Day holiday to perform the repairs. The day of the repairs, the technicians again arrived as scheduled. They estimated it would take 6 hours fir the work and that is exactly how long it took them. I can't give enough praise to this company. They were true to their word and time commitments from top to bottom.

Used them for a master bathroom remodel. Never again. He would drop off workers that did poor quality work. He would take vacation days or just not come. His workers were disrespectful. To be fair a few things were ok but overall not good. We deducted $1000 to cover our broken vacuum, painting that had to be redone and a bathtub that needed to be reglazed. Next time I'd be sure to hire a licensed, insured, and bonded contractor.

Trapp's Construction responded to my inquiry quickly and our communications were excellent. He text me when he was on his way even though he was on time, maybe a couple of minutes early. He completed the work, cleaned up everything, and asked me to check the work done. Matt did a great job and the price was very fair. I will keep Matt and Trapp's Construction in mind for future projects I don't wish to undertake myself.
