10/10 Customer service- I haven't even been able to get into my service yet (due to my own personal circumstances); but I will say that with scheduling at first - and then being able to reschedule - the owner has been incredibly gracious and understanding and honestly really great customer service. I really appreciate great customer service and I think it's rare these days - their vibe is trying to help the clients feel supported and understood - and that's exactly how I felt and I can't wait for my appointment in the future!
Omg Tayona was amazing. The Lash lounge is. MUST! I was comfortable and the temperature was just right! But Tayona bedside manners were through and through! I loved her energy! I would definitely recommend going through The lash Lounge!
I took my mom here for her birthday and she came out amazed! Not only was the service great, the staff (tech and receptionist) were kind and helpful. Great taste in music too, it's a mix of everything.
