I have to say that I was very pleased with Starbrite Carpet Cleaning. I explained to Kenny what I needed done and he was able to comply. I had a previous bad experience with another carpet cleaning company. Within days of having the carpets cleaned all the spots reappeared and the barstools they cleaned had water marks. It was a terrible job to say the least. Kenny explained his process of pre-spotting and vigorously shampooing the spots. And he also shampooed the barstools. He was able to promptly schedule an appointment and was right on time. It's been a couple of weeks and the spots have yet to return. And the barstools look beautiful. I am so happy with the results and the service he provided. I definitely will be calling him again.

Ken was quick and did a great job. They came out to clean a couch and they also ended up cleaning my carpet! He was so personable and gave a great price! I will totally recommend them!

I called Ken to schedule a cleaning for my formal dinning room rug to be treated and cleaned before Thanksgiving & having family/friends over. With that being said they came out 2 days earlier than our original appointment due to an opening and I was so excited! Ken and Jessie (sorry if I messed up the name) came out and where done within 15 minutes top!! It so so quick, easy and efficient. They were so nice, accommodating and even gave me a discount (I was so surprised and so grateful). I explained I have a puppy and we are learning and unfortunately my poor new nice expensive rug took a beating and I wanted it cleaned before having everyone over. He treated both the front and back and cleaned it right up! I was so happy from start to finish and I'm so thankful I found them by Google! I will be calling them back again and again! I could go on and on about them. This is the place to call for outstanding work and costumer service. Thanks boys!! You were amazing and I can't wait to call you out again!
