Upon entering the clean and modern office, patients are greeted by the welcoming staff. The technicians explain each step of the tests and equipment used, ensuring patients are comfortable with the process. Dr. Arabi is commended for being patient, kind, and answering all questions. The staff also helps patients choose glasses that complement them. However, there are some areas for improvement. Some patients have found the COVID protocols, such as having to knock on the door and wait for someone to open it, to be awkward and unwelcoming. The lack of empathy and accommodation when a patient needed a minor adjustment to their child's glasses, and the inability to fit them in for an appointment, was disappointing. Overall, South Corona Optometry has a competent team of eye care professionals, a clean and modern office, and provides thorough eye exams and quality eyewear. However, there is room for improvement in customer service, particularly in terms of flexibility and accommodating patients' needs in a timely manner.
