If i could i would rate 0 stars. Worst service ever and made our computer worse than what it was. Replaced our hard drive with someone elses and all there information instead of a new one like agreed. The one year warranty has yet to be honored in 3 months. He instead is trying to sell us another computer. Do mot use this person he doesn't know what he is doing.
