Service Plus Termite and Construction Inc.

I'm a Realtor and never consistently used a termite company just because they were never really consistent in their service or pricing. When I sold a house in Riverside years ago, the buyers agent used Service Plus Termite & Construction. I was thinking there's no way he will make the job look good as most of the substantial wood replacement was in the front of the home. Well he did!! He either custom ordered the wood or cut it down himself to the exact same dimensions as the other original wood and it just made the house look so new and crisp.
