I'm a Realtor and never consistently used a termite company just because they were never really consistent in their service or pricing. When I sold a house in Riverside years ago, the buyers agent used Service Plus Termite & Construction. I was thinking there's no way he will make the job look good as most of the substantial wood replacement was in the front of the home. Well he did!! He either custom ordered the wood or cut it down himself to the exact same dimensions as the other original wood and it just made the house look so new and crisp. I started using him since that job and never looked back. Todd and their crew are amazing. They show up on time, they work with you on scheduling if needed, and their prices are great as well. Very honest and makes getting a termite inspection not so scary. I was working with a senior citizen and she told me she had an inspection from a big name company. They told her it would be over $3900 for all this work. Then I had Todd go out. Ended up not being any wood damage, but needed some spraying. Service Plus only charged her $300 or less. Now THATS the honest, hard working and up front kind of company I want working with me and my business. THANK YOU SERVICE PLUS TERMITE AND CONSTRUCTION FOR BEING GREAT AT WHAT YOU DO!!!!!
