Our upstairs bedroom ran 8-10 degrees hotter than the rest of the house. He went over all of our options and told us what he would do if it were his house. Saved us money! He is passionate about what he does and we knew from the start we didn't need another quote or another opinion. He came back today and got to work right away. Very satisfied with the customer service and our technician! I spoke to Heather and she was extremely helpful with getting a tech out to repair our air conditioner asap. I was so grateful how quickly our tech Tim showed up and how helpful and knowledgeable he was. He knew exactly what the problem was and fixed it much quicker than we anticipated and went above and beyond by helping us fix some other minor issues as well, so now our A/C is working even better than before! We will def be using this company going forward!

I use RT Olson Plumbing for all my plumbing needs. Adam has been out to my house several times; this time it was for my water heater.
