My couches and carpet were extremely dirty. There were stains and I honestly thought I'd need a new couch. It was embarrassing. I called Platinum carpet cleaning one day after seeing an Instagram story. Rob was quick to answer my call and came over a few days after to clean the couches in the carpet He did such an amazing job. The couch looked brand new, and there were absolutely no stains. The carpet looked fantastic, and it felt clean and brand new as well. I would highly recommend platinum carpet cleaning. The customer service and exceptional cleaning exceeded my expectations!
